There is More
This powerful message challenges us to examine whether we're living up to our full spiritual potential. Drawing from Ephesians 1:17-18, we're reminded that Paul prayed for believers to receive the spirit of wisdom and revelation—not just intellectual knowledge, but divine insight into God's purposes for our lives. The sermon uses a compelling analogy: imagine owning a smartphone with incredible capabilities but only using it to make basic phone calls. Many of us live this way spiritually—God has downloaded divine features, gifts, and callings into our lives, yet we only reach out to Him during emergencies. The central question isn't about career success or life milestones, but something deeper: Can we see what God sees for our lives? Do we have spiritual vision? This message emphasizes that true fulfillment comes not from worldly achievements but from living within our God-given purpose. We can have degrees, success, and full bank accounts yet still feel empty if we're disconnected from our divine calling. The key to unlocking 'more' in life is growing in our relationship with Christ—having spiritual eyes opened to see beyond our circumstances into the eternal purposes God has prepared for us.
